This three day PACE™ Seminar/Workshop provides a unique opportunity for a small group of business and professional people-and their spouses-to actively explore and apply a "tool kit" of techniques which enhance and reinforce personal and team excellence. You will not be attending a lecture about effective human behavior - It is a participative experience which includes at least eight hours of team building. The entire three days has an immediate and lasting positive effect on how people see themselves, their relationships, their jobs and their future. Members of the seminar group are not embarassed or "put on the spot"-but there is always an open forum and a completely safe opportunity to discuss, challenge and practice the ideas and methods which are being explored.

The opening session of the Seminar presents a model of why we behave as we do—and some of the reasons individuals and teams use only a fraction of available potential.
THE CARE AND FEEDING OF ATTITUDES
How thought processes create the sub-conscious behavior patterns and habits which guide and manage behavior.
THE ATTITUDE REINFORCING CYCLE
Why positive attitudes become more positive, and negative attitudes tend to become increasingly negative.
THE PACE™ PALETTE
An exciting new system which provides a practical understanding of inborn personality and temperament patterns, and the impact those patterns have on effective behavior. Explores the four basic patterns and how to recognize and work effectively with them.
DAY TWO
CONSTRUCTIVE IMAGINATION
In this session we explore the basic PACE™ "tool kit" which makes it possible to release untapped potential and guide the constant process of change in your thinking and behavior.
THE PSYCHOLOGY OF GOALS
We have a strong tendency to move toward targets or goals, whether they have been set deliberately and with purpose - or by accident or default. Learn how to put your built-in goal-seeking system to work and enhance creativity, awareness and energy.
PERSONAL GROWTH PROJECT
An opportunity to decide exactly how to apply the methods we have explored thus far. A private, personal project with the assistance of the facilitator.
SELF-ESTEEM - FOUNDATION OF EXCELLENCE
Why self-esteem has such an important impact on the flow of potential and some suggestions for enhancing your own self esteem as well as the self esteem in others.
PRESSURES, TENSION AND STRESS
A discussion of how and why people respond differently to the very real pressures of life and how we form "automatic" reaction patterns that can be counter-productive. An exploration of the physical impact of allowing stress to build up within the system, and suggestions for releasing stress before it impairs your health and performance.
DAY THREE
RESPONSIBILITY - THE PRIMARY RELEASER
Learn about the most universal pattern of thought and behavior in outstandingly successful people. Develop a positive feeling about personal accountability. This session explores why it is so vital and how to further reinforce it. A

A GOALS LABORATORY
An opportunity to recheck your personal and professional goals, and to apply the PACE™ methods to their attainment. For couples this is a team project.
